My Process
Easy as 1, 2, 3! Here's what to expect:
Step 1: How can I help?
Review my website and package options
There are (5) design packages and an option for 3D renderings only (no design work)
Submit a 'New Client' inquiry
Fill out the contact info, share a little about what you are looking for, and attach the PDF floorplan (+ any initial pictures you want to share).
**You will get an automatic email confirming submission
Step 2: Gathering details
Personalized email from me
I will review the floorplan and details you submitted. In this email, I'll include any questions I have initially (missing floorplan, questions about plans, etc.) and a more specific timeline for when you can expect a completed design from me. **Most designs can be done in 3-5 business days, but this is subject to availability and scheduling.
Package Summary
Based on the package you have selected, I will include a specific package summary PDF in my email. This outlines what the package includes, any add-ons you are interested in, and the total cost for the full scope of work.
Design Agreement Signature
You will receive a separate email from Adobe with the Design Agreement to sign online. This includes the summary of what your specific design package includes with associated costs. By signing this, you agree to work with me and an invoice will be created and sent for payment.
Step 3: Review invoice and submit payment
Pay with Stripe
Once signed paperwork is received, an itemized invoice and email with online payment instructions will be sent. Payment in full is required to start any work.
The invoice is valid for 30 days.
24-hour cancellation period
Once payment is submitted, there is a 24-hour cancellation period. For any reason, you have 24 hours (from when the payment is processed) to cancel services and receive a full refund. This request will void the 'Design Agreement' and must be sent from the original email address in writing.
All services are considered non-refundable after the 24-hour period.

After clearing the 24-hour cancellation window, I will get to work and start on your custom design package!
Your New Design Package is Ready
Once I have everything completed for your custom design package, I will have everything saved in the desired format (PDF vs pictures). I will send you a personalized email with your files and next steps if you want to make any revisions or add-on other rooms.
