Congratulations on your new space and I am excited to work with you! If you are interested in my services, please fill out the online Request Form to get started! Upon completing the online request form, you will receive an automatic email reply that is was received. 

Openings and Availability

After reviewing your inquiry, I will email you directly to confirm that I have all the information I need to get started, or if there are any questions I have. I will confirm what my schedule looks like and give you an estimated timeline for when you can expect the design to be completed. 

*At this time, you can indicate if you do not wish to continue the process due to timing constraints. 

Design Agreement 

and other forms

If you are OK with the timeline provided, there are (3) forms to

complete, sign, and return included in my email:
1. 'Services Breakdown' for selected design package
2. 'Design Agreement' (general form regardless of package)
3. 'New Client Information Packet' (if applicable)

(a PPTX PowerPoint file to highlight inspiration photos and

pre-made selections, make notes, etc. to start the design process)

Don't forget- PDF architectural plans should be sent as well!

Upon receipt of the necessary forms, a link will be emailed to you with instructions for payment. Please verify the scope of work included in the invoice is correct before processing payment.

*A copy of the paid invoice will be emailed to you for your own receipt.

For any reason, you have 24 hours upon payment to cancel services. This request will void the 'Design Agreement' and must be sent from the original email address in writing.

All services are considered non-refundable after the 24-hour period.

My Work Begins!

After clearing the 24-hour cancellation period, my work begins!

I will start planning the space in my software and preparing your custom design package. You should receive an email filled with all of your design goodies in within 3-5 business days! Enjoy!

Guides and Extra Pages

Included with the documents of your custom design package, you will also see an instructional PDF. This is a "how-to" guide to read and understand the plans I provide! There is also cabinet nomenclature provided in the cabinet list to translate labels on the cabinetry 

Revision Requests

Along with everything in life, things aren't always perfect. If you wish to make any changes to your design, feel free to reach out with a Revisions Request! This will be linked in your design package email. **Please note: the quantity of free revisions vary by package type; additional revisions are subject to added fees.
